Position Summary

This position works with all areas of Campus Living to coordinate client service activities with a focus on delivering the ultimate client experience. This position is critical to fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration. The incumbent must possess both good written and verbal skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties include:o Responsible for endpoint device support, configuration and developmento Responsible for maintaining the Campus Living helpdesk serviceo Creating and improving login scripts, software deployment scripts, printer management scripts and batch fileso Responsible for IT inventoryo Responsible for documentation: user guides, FAQs and knowledgebase articleso Responsible for collaborating with across campus partners and external vendorso Responsible for staying current on emerging technologies

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field and a minimum of two years post-educational experience in the information systems field. Demonstrated good communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given for experience with the following technologies (in order of importance): Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Exchange Server, MicrosoftSQLServer, MicrosoftIISServer, Microsoft Visual Basic, PowerShell,ASP,HTML, Java.

Physical Demands

Salary Range$51,000 - $58,000
