A Chocolat Frey Company, is seeking a results-oriented, data-driven leader to
join its senior management team! The **Director,Process Improvement & Strategic Projects** will work cross-functionally
to improve organizational efficiency, lead strategic business projects, and
model data and market-driven philosophies throughout the Company.





SweetWorks became part

The impact you'll have
in this critical new position includes:






+ You will utilize intimate knowledge of fast-moving consumer goodsto evaluate organizational processes and make recommendations to reduce costsand improve profitability

+ You will lead key strategic projects aimed at identifying and remedying organizational inefficiencies across SweetWorks Confections and its sister company, Oak Leaf Confections.




+ Youwill leverage experience working for and/or consulting with avariety of organizations to provide guidance on industry trends and bestpractices

+ Youwill apply discipline, precision, and leadership to project teams aimed atachieving projects on time and within budget parameters

+ Youwill utilize advanced and diverse knowledge of market analytics (Nielsen, IRI)to improve organizational decision making.

+ Youwill ensure appropriate allocation and prioritization of resources through an organizational view of initiatives, including identifying and managinginter dependencies.

+ Youwill support and coach project teams to better deliver on project ambitions bybuilding the right methods and developing internal project managementcompetencies.



What we're looking for:




+ Master ofBusiness Administration (MBA) required

+ 5-7 years ofdiverse market experience in fast-moving consumer goods; experience at atop management consulting firm strongly preferred

+ Strong strategic projectmanagement skills are required, PMP preferred

+ Advanced knowledge of MSOffice, particularly Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

+ Willingness to travel up to30%, including regular presence at Oak Leaf Confections in Toronto, ON.
